Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is to be made in advance by purchasing the product or service that you need through our secure shopping cart.  In some rare cases, we can send a money request via HDFC Payment Gateway, Phonepe, Payu, or Razorpay, but we prefer to have the order go through our shopping cart to generate a work order.

Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email, call, or text message, or WhatsApp to that effect and any payment made is non-refundable under any circumstances (unless the services could not be delivered due to the fault of Trinecting India Commerce and Technologies Private Limited)

By placing your order on our website or application, you agree to our terms and that all sales are final.
Once the Payment is done No Refund will be generated in any circumstances subject to any fault from our end.

All the Subscriptions are exclusive of taxes, Purchasers are bound to pay the applicable taxes i.e. GST which will be charged by us according to the provisions of CGST ACT 2017.

If you use Payu Credit, Razarpay credit, or any other credit facility - Customer Support can be reached at their respective numbers. If you are unable to check out using Payu, or Razorpay Credit, we would have no idea what the problem might be, so we would not be able to help you.
This Policy can be changed by the organization i.e. Trinecting India Commerce and Technologies Private Limited from time to time as per the requirement.

Trinecting India Commerce and Technologies Private Limited is only responsible for serving you according to the specifications of plans displayed on our website or application or application while paying the sum. No extra or other work above the specification will be done by Trinecting India Commerce and Technologies Private Limited.
